利用稻米品质不同的3个粳稻品种,对灌浆过程中籽粒干物质、直链淀粉及蛋白质的积累规律进行了比较研究。结果表明,在灌浆过程中籽粒干物质、直链淀粉及蛋白质的积累趋势,其品质不同的品种基本一致,积累速度表现为灌浆前期快,而后期缓慢,但在灌浆过程中的不同时期积累速度和数量上品种间表现有差异;开花后30d内是籽粒干物质、直链淀粉及蛋白质积累的关键时期,30d以后积累基本趋于稳定;灌浆前期的日平均干物质积累速度与稻米垩白率呈显著的正相关,与胶稠度呈显著的负相关,而后期的日平均干物质积累速度与垩白率、胶稠度的相关均不显著。
Three japonica rice varieties with different rice qualities were used to study the accumulation of dry matter, amylose and protein during grain filling.
