对于记录人才详细信息的人事档案能够帮助其所在组织正确地应用人才。民政局作为一个政府机构,对于人员的聘用的重要依据就是人事档案了,它能够帮助组织初步认识人才。自从改革开放以来新时期人事档案管理中存在的一些问题逐步显现出来,特别是随着社会主义市场经济的快发展,推动了市场上人才不断地流动。由此这样的情况也给企业组织的人事档案管理带来了一定的难度。所以为了能够规范化企业组织的人事档案管理,需要找出分析存在在人事档案管理中的问题,从规范化的角度出发,提出一些针对性的措施。
