目前,环形加热炉炉底传动设备一般采用两种形式:环形齿条一锥齿轮传动和液压推杆传动。前者是采用电机经减速器、圆锥齿轮驱动装置在炉盘底面上的铸造环形大齿条(图1)。这种传动方式的主要优点是:调整灵活,可以满足坯料规格多时炉底各次转角大小变动频繁的要求;可以保证在事故状态下炉盘微动,使装、出料机械手正常操作。
At present, the ring furnace bottom transmission equipment generally used in two forms: a circular bevel gear drive and hydraulic push rod drive. The former is the use of motor reducer, bevel gear drive in the furnace bottom of the cast ring gear rack (Figure 1). The main advantages of this transmission mode are: flexible adjustment to meet the requirements of frequently changing the size of the corners of the hearth when the specifications of the billet are large; and ensuring the normal operation of the loading and unloading manipulators when the grate is in an accident state.
