本文认为 ,在市场经济条件下 ,政治、经济、文化三个领域 ,具有不同的目标和功能 ,不能互相取代。虽然文化具有服务于经济和政治的功能 ,但是它的核心目标和功能则在于培养和塑造全面发展的人 ,为整个社会创造意义的世界。在确认市场经济是现阶段社会经济运作的最有效、最直接的动力源泉的同时 ,弘扬文化的真善美的价值取向 ,强化文化的超越性功能 ,对于建立一个健全的社会是重要的措施。 This article argues that under the conditions of a market economy, political, economic and cultural areas have different goals and functions and can not replace each other. Although culture has the function of serving the economy and politics, its core goal and function lies in cultivating and shaping the people of all-round development and creating a meaningful world for the entire society. While confirming that the market economy is the most effective and direct source of power for the operation of the social economy at the present stage, it is an important measure to promote the value orientation of the true, the good and the beautiful of the culture and to strengthen the transcendental function of culture in order to establish a sound society.
