近年来,随着人们环保意识的增强及生物高分子的生态友好性,生物基聚合物在生产与应用方面呈现出增长趋势。然而,在纺织领域,生物高分子却仅占据较低的市场份额,与传统聚合物相比,其力学性能不足、加工性能差且价格高昂。生物高分子(俗称生物塑料)的产量持续增长,2012年产量已达150万t,预计2018年将达670万t。
In recent years, with the enhancement of people’s environmental awareness and the eco-friendliness of biopolymers, bio-based polymers have shown an increasing trend in production and application. However, in the field of textiles, biopolymers occupy only a low market share. Compared with traditional polymers, their biomechanical properties are not sufficient, their processing performance is poor and their price is high. The production of bio-polymers (commonly known as bio-plastics) has continued to grow. Production reached 1.5 million tons in 2012 and is expected to reach 6.7 million tons in 2018.
