采用大分子RAFT试剂技术,通过可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)溶液聚合法制备了丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯的两亲性嵌段共聚物[P(AA-b-TFEMA)]。跟踪研究了聚合转化率与时间的关系及聚合反应动力学。通过红外光谱、核磁和DSC表征了嵌段聚合物的分子结构和Tg。探讨了在不同条件下P(AA-b-TFEMA)在溶液中的自组装行为。采用透射电镜观察P(AA-b-TFEMA)自组装形成的胶束的形貌,并用动态光散射法测试了透析前后的胶束粒径及粒径分布的变化。
The amphiphilic block copolymer of [P (AA-b-TFEMA)] and acrylic acid and trifluoroethylmethacrylate was prepared by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) using macromolecular RAFT reagent technique. . The relationship between polymerization conversion and time and polymerization kinetics were followed up. The molecular structure and Tg of the block polymer were characterized by FTIR, NMR and DSC. The self-assembly behavior of P (AA-b-TFEMA) in solution was investigated under different conditions. The morphologies of the micelles formed by the self-assembly of P (AA-b-TFEMA) were observed by transmission electron microscopy. The changes of micellar particle size and particle size distribution were measured by dynamic light scattering.
