利用甲醇沉淀法和渗析法探讨了10种金属离子与人血清蛋白的作用条件(浓度,温度及酸度),经用于毛细管电泳技术证明,金属离子-蛋白质的形成对消除毛细管堵塞有重要作用。应用本文研究所推荐的条件为,金属离子浓度10~30mg·L ̄(-1),温度为45℃,pH值为7.0。该10种金属离子在此条件下与蛋白质作用的强弱顺序为Zn>Cu>Cd>Co>Fe>Cr>Mn>Ca>Ni>Mg。
Methanol precipitation and dialysis were used to investigate the interaction conditions (concentration, temperature and acidity) of 10 metal ions with human serum albumin. The results of capillary electrophoresis showed that the formation of metal ion - protein played an important role in eliminating capillary blockage. The recommended conditions for the application of this study are: metal ion concentration 10 ~ 30 mg · L ~ (-1), temperature 45 ℃, pH 7.0. The ten kinds of metal ions in this condition and the role of proteins in the order of the order of Zn> Cu> Cd> Co> Fe> Cr> Mn> Ca> Ni> Mg.
