废旧产品再制造评估是再制造开展的前提。目前的产品再制造性评估中,产品失效数据收集周期长,数据样本采集困难,零部件再制造前难以对其可靠性做出评估。论文以某公司泵车结构臂现场使用数据为基础,建立了结构臂的可靠性参数模型,提取其平均剩余寿命及可靠度数据,提出了一种基于结构臂平均剩余寿命的可再制造性评估方案,结合企业设定的可靠度阈值,对结构臂可再制造性做出综合评估,为混凝土泵车臂架再制造性决策提供依据。
Remanufactured waste product evaluation is prerequisite for remanufacturing. In the current product remanufacturing evaluation, product failure data collection period is long, data sample collection is difficult, and it is difficult to evaluate the reliability of components before remanufacturing. Based on the data of on-site use of pump arm in a company, the paper establishes the reliability parameter model of the structure arm, extracts the average remaining life and reliability data, and presents a remanufacturability evaluation based on the average remaining life of the structure arm Program, combined with the reliability threshold set by the enterprise to make a comprehensive assessment of the structural arm reproducibility to provide a basis for the decision of remanufacturing of concrete pump boom.
