气候变暖已成为全球最突出的环境问题之一,国家木质林产品碳库的储碳贡献问题已成为《联合国气候变化框架公约》谈判中的重点林业议题。文章基于气候变化框架与2013 IPCC指南,分析了碳库碳流动机制,核算1964~2014年中国木质林产品碳库的碳流动与碳平衡,继而评估综合减排贡献。研究显示:我国木质林产品的总碳储量不断增长,2014年为70556万t,硬木类产品年增长量约占95%。近十年,林产品碳替代能源减排量为加工碳排放的12倍。2014年综合碳储存与碳替代年度贡献达7614万t,年均减排量为中国能源消耗排放CO_2的2.5%。
Climate warming has become one of the most prominent environmental problems in the world. The issue of the contribution of carbon storage in the national wood-based forest products has become a key forestry issue in the negotiation of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. Based on the Framework for Climate Change and the 2013 IPCC Guidelines, the paper analyzes the mechanism of carbon pool carbon flow, calculates the carbon flow and carbon balance of carbon stocks in China’s woody forest products from 1964 to 2014, and then assesses the contribution of comprehensive emission reduction. The research shows that the total carbon storage of China’s wood-based forest products has been increasing continuously, reaching 70.556 million tons in 2014 and about 95% of the annual growth of hardwood products. In the past ten years, carbon-alternative energy sources for forestry products have reduced carbon emissions by 12 times. In 2014, the annual contribution of integrated carbon storage and carbon substitution reached 76.14 million tons, with an average annual emission reduction of 2.5% of CO 2 emissions from energy consumption in China.
