进行田间多点定期调查,测定旱地栽培条件下哈密大枣果实可溶性固形物增长变化规律。结果表明,哈密大枣可溶性固形物的增加有三个明显不同阶段,其中以第二阶段增长最迅速,糖分增量占采收时总糖含量的40.1%,日均增加0.673%。理论模式验证表明,哈密大枣增糖规律基本符合Logestics生长方程。
Regular field surveys were conducted to determine the change of soluble solids content in the jujube fruits under dry cultivation. The results showed that there were three distinct stages in the increase of soluble solids of Hami jujube, of which the second stage was the fastest growing, the increment of sugar content accounted for 40.1% of the total sugar content during harvest, and the daily average increased 0.673%. The theoretical model shows that the regularity of sugar increase in Hami jujube conforms to the Logestics growth equation.
