为了把我厂办成现代化的一流企业,厂长在1985年提出了“以严治厂,以优取信,以新取胜”的办厂方针。为保证这一方针的贯彻,去年,在理想教育的基础上,我厂党、政、工、团通力合作,通过领导演讲、群众演讲、图片展览、知识竞赛等,以及深入细致的思想工作,在全厂广泛进行了爱厂教育,促进了工厂两个文明建设。我们在爱厂教育中,把加强管理、严明纪律、遵守法制、增强党性的教育作为重要内容。厂长还重申了一系列厂规厂法,层层加强劳动纪律检查,对违纪人员严肃处理。现在,广大职工都把遵守厂纪看作是爱厂的具体行动,自觉接受纪律约束,全厂出现了许多遵章守纪的好人好事。如,郑建
In order to turn our plant into a modern, first-class enterprise, the factory manager proposed the principle of “regulating factory strictly, gaining trust with superiority, and winning with newness” in 1985.
