杭州绕城高速公路南线软基路段桥台台后软基处理均采用现浇薄壁筒桩施工,处理宽度为35m~50m,单桩长9m~22m,桩径为1m,壁厚0.12m,混凝土强度为C20.接邻桥台桩间距3m,过渡段桩间距3.5m,筒桩距桥台3m,梅花型布置,桩顶设盖板。经现场开挖和动测试验观测,桩身质量完好。全线路基沉降已通过验收合格,采用薄壁筒桩施工具有单桩承载力高、桩身质量可靠、施工进度快、沉降易稳定、预压期短,可快速填筑至等载,无须二次开挖和桥台预压等特点。现将薄壁筒桩施工工艺简单介绍如下。
