目的应用信息电子化管理系统(简称系统)开展血液净化中心护理工作,提高护理管理质量和工作效率。方法分析运用系统前后的工作流程优越性和工作效率,并对护理人员进行问卷调查,统计其对系统的满意度和适应性。结果运用系统后的工作流程优于应用系统前,护理人员用在系统参数设置时间、处理医嘱时间、治疗中数据采集、护理评估、病历归档时间、数据录入统计分析及制作报表的时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理人员对系统的满意度为满意77.1%,基本满意22.9%。适应性结果为适应68.6%,基本适应25.7%,不适应5.7%。结论信息化管理系统为血液净化中心护理工作的各环节提供实时、全面、动态的辅助管理,实现了护理服务由传统模式向现代化、科学化、规范化模式转变。
Objective To apply the electronic information management system (referred to as the system) to carry out the nursing work of the blood purification center to improve the quality of nursing management and work efficiency. Methods Analyze the superiority and efficiency of the workflow before and after using the system, and conduct a questionnaire survey to the nursing staff and calculate their satisfaction and adaptability to the system. Results The work flow after using the system was better than that of the application system. The time difference that nurses used to set time in system parameters, time to process doctor’s orders, data collection in treatment, nursing evaluation, medical record filing time, data entry statistic analysis and production report were statistically (P <0.05). Satisfaction of nursing staff with the system was 77.1%, which was almost satisfied with 22.9%. Adaptation results to adapt to 68.6%, basic adaptation 25.7%, does not meet 5.7%. Conclusion The information management system provides a real-time, comprehensive and dynamic auxiliary management for all aspects of nursing work in the blood purification center, and realizes the transformation of the nursing service from the traditional mode to the modernized, scientific and standardized mode.
