采用SPECIES方法,选择压力速度耦合的SIMPLE算法,使用FLUENT计算软件,建立天然气输气管路泄漏预测模型.模拟了天然气由于内外压差从管路泄漏到大气中,并在大气中的扩散过程,分析比较了不同风速条件与不同管路输送压力下的天然气在大气中的浓度分布和泄漏速率.计算结果表明,风速等大气环境是影响天然气扩散行为和浓度分布的重要因素之一,而管路输气压力直接影响泄漏速率,为天然气管路泄漏应急决策提供理论依据.
The SPECIES method was used to select the SIMPLE algorithm of pressure-velocity coupling, and the FLUENT calculation software was used to establish the gas pipeline leakage prediction model. The natural gas leakage from the pipeline to the atmosphere due to internal and external pressure difference was simulated and analyzed in the atmosphere The concentration distribution and leakage rate of natural gas under different wind speed and pipeline pressure were compared.The results show that the atmospheric environment such as wind speed is one of the important factors affecting the diffusion and concentration distribution of natural gas, Gas pressure directly affects the leakage rate, providing a theoretical basis for emergency decision-making of natural gas pipeline leakage.
