目的:研究肝必康胶囊抗肝损伤的药效作用。方法:采用四氯化碳(CCl4)、D-半乳糖胺(D-GlaN)、异硫氰酸萘酯(ANIT)所致小鼠急性肝损伤模型,免疫功能低下小鼠溶血素生成、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能等方法。结果:肝必康胶囊能显著抑制CCl4、D-GlaN、ANIT等所致急性肝损伤小鼠血清中转氨酶升高,降低总胆红素含量;促进免疫功能低下小鼠溶血素生成;增加免疫功能低下小鼠腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数。结论:肝必康胶囊具有明显保肝、降酶、退黄作用,并使免疫功能低下动物具有免疫增强作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Ganbikang capsule on hepatic injury. METHODS: Acute hepatic injury models in mice induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), D-galactosamine (D-GlaN), and naphthyl isothiocyanate (ANIT) were used. Hemolysin production in mice with immunocompromised function was low. Rat peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis and other methods. Results: Ganbikang capsule can significantly inhibit serum transaminase elevation and total bilirubin levels in mice with acute hepatic injury caused by CCl4, D-GlaN, ANIT, etc.; promote hemolysin production in immunocompromised mice; increase immune function The phagocytosis percentage and phagocytic index of macrophages in the mouse cavity were reduced. Conclusion: Ganbikang capsule has obvious hepatoprotective, anti-enzymatic and anti-yellow effects, and has immunoenhancing effect on animals with low immune function.
