正常对照组,即动物在清醒状态下,腓肠肌内注射5毫克HRP(Sigma Ⅵ,R.Z=3—3.2)。
There have been many reports of the effects of barbiturates on paraxial axoplasmic transport and few reports on retrograde axon transport. In this work, we observed the axonal uptake and retrograde transport of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and its relationship with inactivation under the continuous action of normal dose of pentobarbital sodium. The experiment was performed on 43 male rats weighing about 182 grams, which were divided into the following seven groups according to the experimental requirements. Ie endogenous peroxidase assay in nerve tissue. In the normal control group, animals were intramuscularly injected with 5 mg of HRP (Sigma Ⅵ, R. Z = 3-3.2) in the awake state.
