本文认为,实行年薪制与股票期权相结合的报酬方式,可以优势互补,做到短期效益与长期效益的有机结合。基于这样的思想,笔者设计了“年薪制+股票期权”的经理报酬模式。
This article believes that the implementation of the annual salary system combined with the stock option compensation method can complement each other to achieve an organic combination of short-term benefits and long-term benefits. Based on this idea, the author designed a managerial compensation model of “annual salary system + stock options ”.
