目的探讨金丹妇康丸对盆腔炎模型大鼠IL-1及TNF-a的影响,在前期研究的基础上初步探讨其治疗盆腔炎的作用机理。方法:Wistar大鼠,♀性,60只,通过苯酚胶浆剂注入大鼠子宫建立盆腔炎动物模型,除10只假手术对照组大鼠外,其余大鼠造模1周后按体重随机分为模型组、金丹妇康丸低剂量组、金丹妇康丸中剂量组及金丹妇康丸高剂量组,连续灌胃给药20天,观察金丹妇康丸对盆腔炎模型大鼠IL-1及TNF-a的影响,比较各组动物大鼠IL-1及TNF-a的水平。结果与模型组比较,各治疗组均能降低盆腔炎大鼠血清IL-1、TNF-α水平(P<0.05)。结论实验表明金丹妇康丸可以抑制盆腔炎模型大鼠血清中IL-1、TNF-α的过度分泌,与模型组比较(P<0.05)),有统计学意义,其作用机制可能与调节机体异常表达及调节免疫有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Jindan Fukangwan on IL-1 and TNF-a in rats with pelvic inflammatory disease. Based on the previous studies, the mechanism of treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease was preliminarily discussed. Methods: 60 Wistar rats were injected with phenol glue into the rat uterus to establish animal model of pelvic inflammatory disease. Except for 10 sham operation control rats, the other rats were randomly divided into three groups according to body weight For the model group, low dose of Jindanfukang pill group, middle dose of Jindanfukang pill group and high dose of Jindanfukang pill group were administrated continuously for 20 days. The effect of Jindanfukang pill on pelvic inflammatory disease IL-1 and TNF-a, and to compare the levels of IL-1 and TNF-a in rats. Results Compared with the model group, each treatment group could reduce the level of serum IL-1 and TNF-α (P <0.05) in pelvic inflammatory disease rats. Conclusion The results showed that Jindanfukang Pills can inhibit the secretion of IL-1 and TNF-α in serum of pelvic inflammatory disease model rats, which is statistically significant (P <0.05), which may be related to the regulation Abnormal expression of the body and immune regulation.
