采用聚丙烯凝胶电泳技术分析和比较了内蒙古不同地区的7种荞麦的过氧化物酶活性,比较其亲缘关系、抗病性及抗寒性强弱.结果表明:7种荞麦共4条酶带,迁移率在0.18~0.38之间.同工酶谱表明:乌盟2号与其他六种荞麦的亲缘关系较远,其他六种荞麦的亲缘关系较近,抗病性强弱为通辽2号>通辽1号、赤峰1号、武川1号>通辽3号、乌盟1号>乌盟2号,乌盟2号的抗寒性要弱于其他六种.
Polyphenylene-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) was used to analyze and compare the peroxidase activity of seven kinds of buckwheat in different regions of Inner Mongolia, and to compare their genetic relationship, disease resistance and cold resistance.The results showed that there were altogether 4 enzymes With a migration rate of 0.18-0.38.The isozyme pattern showed that Wu-jun 2 was more distantly related to the other six buckwheat species, the other six species had a closer genetic relationship, and the disease resistance was Tongliao 2 No.1> Tongliao 1, Chifeng 1, Wuchuan 1> Tongliao No.3, Wumin No. 1> Wushan No. 2 and Wushan No. 2 were less resistant to cold than the other six.
