目的:探索木皮比在板蓝根质量鉴定中的作用与价值。方法:采用红细胞凝集试验法和化学特征谱法分别对不同木皮比的板蓝根及其木部和皮部的抗病毒活性与化学成分进行测定,并对木皮比与活性、化学成分的相关性进行分析。结果:木皮比为1:2和1:1药材样品与其皮部样品活性相当,强于木部,药材、皮部和木部化学指纹图谱一致性、加合性较好;木皮比为2:1药材样品与其木部样品活性相当,皮部活性不明显,药材、皮部和木部化学指纹图谱一致性、加合性较差;木皮比为1:2和1:1药材样品活性强于木皮比为2:1药材样品,前二者与后者化学指纹图谱相似度较小。结论:不同木皮比板蓝根药材质量存在差异,木皮比低于1:1的质量较优;木皮比这一简单直观的生物量参数可作为板蓝根质量鉴定的指标,也为其他根类药材的质量评价提供了参考。
Objective: To explore the role and value of Mupi ratio in the quality identification of Radix Isatidis. Methods: The antiviral activities and chemical constituents of Radix Isatidis and its woody and hides were determined by hemagglutination test and chemical characterization method, respectively, and the correlations between the ratio of Mupi and its activity and chemical composition were analyzed . Conclusion: There are differences in the quality of Radix Mardi than Radix isatidis, the quality of the dermatophyta is better than 1: 1; the simple and intuitive biomass parameters of the dermatophytes can be used as indicators of the quality of Radix Isatidis, and the quality evaluation of other Radix Provided a reference.
