给毛泽东写信“告御状”1973年4月25日,毛泽东在读一封人民来信时,竟控制不住感情流下了眼泪。写信人是福建莆田上林公社一位叫李庆霖的小学教员,他在长达2000多字的信中陈述了下乡知青生活上的困难境遇和上山下乡运动中的一些阴暗面。他在信的结尾哭诉道:“毛主席,我深知您老人家的工作是够忙的,是没有时间来处理我所说的事。可是,我在呼天天不应,叫地地不灵的困难窘境中,只好大胆、冒昧地写信来北京告御状了,真是不该之至!”毛泽东读了这封信后,当即亲自给李庆霖复信。原文是:“李庆霖同志:寄上三百元,聊补无米之炊。全国此类事甚多,容当统筹解决。”他将写好的复信交给时任中央办公厅主任的汪东兴,叮嘱他从稿费
