项目课程改革提出的新教学理念,促使高职院校课程实施环境发生了整体改变,更对教师在教学理念、操作实践提出了诸多新的挑战。本文将高职项目课改实施中教师适应问题的研究作为切入点,解读项目课程实施中,高职教师在认知、情感及能力三个方面的适应现状,分析其中存在的障碍因素,帮助高职教师解决在教学中角色扮演的实际困难,从而使教师能更好的开展工作,进而提高项目课程改革的实效。
The new teaching concept put forward by the project curriculum reform has prompted an overall change in the implementation of the curriculum in higher vocational colleges and has posed many new challenges to teachers in teaching philosophy and practice. In this paper, the study of teacher adaptation in the reform of curriculum reform in higher vocational education is taken as an entry point to explain the adaptation status of teachers in three aspects of cognition, emotion and ability during the implementation of project curriculum, to analyze the existing obstacles and help high Vocational teachers to solve the practical difficulties of role playing in teaching, so that teachers can better carry out their work, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the project curriculum reform.
