目的建立冠心苏合丸指纹图谱质量控制方法。方法采用GC法,Aglient DB-WAX毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm);柱温:程序升温,初始温度100℃,以2℃/min升至132℃,以40℃/min升至202℃,再以1℃/min升至245℃保持30 min;进样口温度:260℃;检测器温度:280℃,不分流,进样量1μL。结果在对10批冠心苏合丸样品进行检测的基础上建立了有14个共有峰的GC色谱图,并进行了共有峰的归属研究。各色谱峰分离度较好,符合指纹图谱技术规范。结论该方法准确可靠,重现性好,可以作为冠心苏合丸质量控制的重要依据。
Objective To establish a method of quality control of Guanxin Suhe Pills. Methods The GC column was used on a Aglient DB-WAX capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm).
