2001年是新世纪的第一年,也是实施“十五”计划的第一年,新形势下的工会工作客观环境正在发生着深刻变化:一、工会工作的领域更加广泛,二、工会工作对象的构成日趋多元,三、履行维护职能的客观环境愈益多变,四、协调利益矛盾的责任进一步加重,五、职工队伍的素质亟待提高。因此,强化工会上下的责任意识、创新意识、忧患意识,进一步增强工会组织的凝聚力,实现天津工会工作的跨越式发展。
The year 2001 marks the first year of the new century and the first year of implementing the Tenth Five-Year Plan. Under the new situation, the objective environment for trade union work is undergoing profound changes: First, the work of trade unions is more extensive in scope; Second, the work targets of trade unions Thirdly, the objective environment for fulfilling the maintenance functions is changing day by day. Fourthly, the responsibility for coordinating conflicts of interests is further aggravated. Fifth, the quality of the workforce needs to be improved urgently. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the sense of responsibility, innovation awareness and sense of urgency of the trade unions and to further enhance the cohesion of the trade union organizations so as to realize the leapfrog development of the labor unions in Tianjin.
