利用美国Finnigon公司出品的微量碳酸盐同位素样品处理仪与MST—251型质谱仪联用,首次建立了微量碳酸盐样品中δ(13)C和δ(18)O的分析试测方法,并运用该方法对青海古气候环境的恢复作了尝试性的研究。该方法具有速度快、自动化程度高、精度高等优点。
The method of analyzing and measuring δ (13) C and δ (18) O in trace carbonate samples was established for the first time by using the micro-carbonate isotope sample processing instrument produced by Finnigon Company in the United States and MST-251 mass spectrometer. This method is applied to the restoration of paleoclimate environment in Qinghai. The method has the advantages of fast speed, high degree of automation and high accuracy.
