本文旨在研究观察网球运动对中老年肥胖者体质指标的影响,将31名肥胖者随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组应用网球运动方法干预24周,对照组不作特殊干预,实验前后分别检测受试者体重、身高、腰围、臀围,计算体质量指数、腰臀比,统计分析各组数据。与对照组比较,实验组体重、体质量指数、腰围、腰臀比降低,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。由此可知,网球运动能降低中老年肥胖者体质指标,降低其因肥胖所致的发病风险。
The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of tennis on physical fitness of middle-aged and obese people. Thirty-one obese individuals were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group was treated with tennis method for 24 weeks, while the control group received no special intervention. Body weight, height, waist circumference and hip circumference were measured. Body mass index, waist-to-hip ratio were calculated and the data of each group were statistically analyzed. Compared with the control group, the body weight, body mass index, waist circumference, waist-to-hip ratio of the experimental group decreased significantly (P <0.05). This shows that tennis can reduce the body mass index of obesity in middle-aged and elderly, reduce the risk of obesity due to the incidence.
