为了更好地利用各种铁矿粉,使用“座滴法”研究了TiO_2含量对含钛铁矿粉的熔化行为。结果表明:试样收缩过程主要分为慢速和快速两个阶段;随着TiO_2含量的升高,除TiO_2含量为1%外,铁矿粉特征熔化温度呈现升高的趋势;TiO_2含量为1%时,铁矿粉特征熔化温度较低;随着TiO_2含量的升高,铁矿粉熔化时间呈现增加的趋势;TiO_2含量过高不利于降低烧结燃耗,综合考虑含钛铁矿粉特征温度和熔化时间,TiO_2含量应控制在3%以内。
In order to make better use of various iron ores, the “droplet method” was used to study the melting behavior of titanium ores containing ilmenite. The results show that the shrinkage of the sample is mainly divided into two phases, slow and fast. With the increase of TiO 2 content, the characteristic melting temperature of iron ore powder increases with the exception of TiO 2, and the content of TiO 2 is 1 %, The characteristic melting temperature of iron ore powder is lower; the melting time of iron ore powder tends to increase with the increase of TiO 2 content; too high TiO 2 content is not conducive to reducing the sintering burnup, considering the characteristic temperature of ilmenite And melting time, TiO 2 content should be controlled within 3%.
