知识经济的兴起和信息技术的日新月异,消除了人类知识、管理观念的巨大转变。随着西方先进管理思想的引进,现代人力资源管理对我国现有的劳动人事管理制度形成了冲击,同传统的劳动人事管理相比,现代人力资源管理具有无可比拟的优越性。因此,为加快国有企业的发展,企业人力资源管理人员要有一个全面的、清醒的认识,努力探索一条适合中国国情的人力资源管理之路。
The rise of knowledge economy and the rapid change of information technology have eliminated the huge change of human knowledge and management concept. With the introduction of advanced western management ideas, modern human resources management has exerted an impact on the existing labor and human resources management system in our country. Compared with the traditional labor and personnel management, modern human resources management has incomparable superiority. Therefore, in order to speed up the development of state-owned enterprises, human resources managers of enterprises should have a comprehensive and sober understanding and strive to explore a road of human resources management that suits China’s national conditions.
