在整体式动力调谐陀螺的离散动力学模型中,挠性细颈的刚度计算是一个关键问题,本文根据某型陀螺动力学建模过程中对挠性细颈刚度的定义,采用有限元软件对挠性细颈的各个刚度进行了计算。详细给出了计算时的边界条件,并列出了某型号陀螺一种厚度的挠性细颈的刚度值。为了对计算结果进行验证,计算了某型动力调谐陀螺的固有频率,并列举了一个优化挠性细颈倾角的例子。
In the discrete dynamical model of monolithic dynamically-tuned gyroscopes, the calculation of the stiffness of flexible necks is a key issue. According to the definition of flexible neck stiffness during the modeling of a certain type of gyroscope, finite element software The stiffness of the flexible neck was calculated. The computational boundary conditions are given in detail and the stiffness of a flexible neck of a certain type of gyroscope is presented. In order to validate the calculation results, the natural frequency of a dynamoelectric tuned gyro was calculated and an example of optimizing the flexible pitching angle was given.
