目前采油生产中,单井计量不外乎采用仪表连续累积计量和玻璃管计量两种方法。本文主要针对仪表连续累积计量,介绍计量实验资料的统计数学分析计算法。实践证明,它是减小单井计量采样误差的行之有效的方法。此外,附带介绍一下玻璃管量油方法中求取合理量油次数的概算公式,以便把单井计量采样误差减小到预期程度。本文所列数据图表,系通过电子计算机控制的采油管理自动化计量站,对若干口单井作连续24小时量油实验结果所得,比较准确、可靠。
The current oil production, single-well measurement is nothing more than the use of continuous accumulation of instruments and glass measuring two methods. This article mainly for continuous accumulation of instruments, measurement data to introduce the statistical analysis of statistical methods. Practice has proved that it is an effective way to reduce the single-well measurement sampling error. In addition, with a brief introduction to the method of calculating the amount of oil in the glass tube formula estimated the approximate amount of oil in order to single-well measurement sampling error reduced to the desired level. The data chart presented in this article is obtained through electronic computer controlled oil extraction management automation metering station. It is accurate and reliable for a batch of 24-hour oil test results for several single wells.
