近数年间,我国发现乙基二硫物对由一种黄单胞菌所致的水稻白叶枯病有明显的防治效果,并具有低毒等特点,深入研究其抗菌作用和效果,可能提供多种用途。本文报告乙基二硫物对细菌的抗菌试验和对实验感染小鼠的保护作用。对测试16种 (株) 革兰氏阳性和阴性杆菌、阳性球菌均有抗菌性,从其中部份菌的进一步试验结果显示系杀菌作用。对三种病原菌的感染小鼠,按4毫升/公斤体重剂量一次灌服乙基二硫物,与未给药组比较,未能发现对乙型链球菌有保护作用;对炭疽杆菌 (弱毒株) 和绿脓杆菌,虽能在治疗早期降低死亡鼠数,但经统计学处理表明,两者间并无显著差异,本文还就上述结果进行探讨。
