我厂生产的航空发动机叶片要求采用液体喷丸强化工艺。在缺乏参考资料的情况下,遵照毛主席“独立自主、自力更生”的方针,组成了三结合小组,在六二一所的帮助下,进行了液体喷丸试验,北自行设计、制造了PW—2液体喷丸机,经过调试和工艺试验,性能达到了预定要求,自一九七五年八月正式投产以来,运行正常。液体喷丸是将玻璃丸与水混合一同喷向零件的一种表面强化工艺。它用来提高被喷零件的疲劳寿命。液体喷丸的主要优点是可获得较好的劳动条件,而不象干喷那样有粉尘容易损
I plant production of aviation engine blades require the use of liquid shot peening process. Liquid shot peening is a surface strengthening process that mixes glass pellets with water and sprays onto the parts. It is used to improve the fatigue life of the parts being sprayed. The main advantage of liquid peening is to get better working conditions, unlike the dry spray as easy to damage the dust
