本文通过对女性劳务派遣工所面临的环境与劳动权利现状的梳理,发现我国包括女性被派遣劳动者的劳务派遣工占比较高,同工不同酬、工资福利偏低、社会保障权益缺失、职业发展前景不明晰、女性“四期”保护不足等突出问题。本文认为维护女性劳务派遣职工合法权益,除进一步健全相关法规体系;需要构建政府主导、工会、妇联参与的合力监管模式;工作重点应放在提升女性维权能力方面。
Through combing the current situation of environmental rights and labor rights faced by female labor dispatching workers, this paper finds that the dispatched workers in our country, including female workers dispatched, have a higher proportion, equal pay for equal work, lower wages and benefits, lack of rights and interests in social security, The development of the future is not clear, women “four ” lack of protection and other prominent issues. This article holds that safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of female labor dispatching staff and workers, in addition to further improve the relevant laws and regulations; need to build government-led, trade unions, women’s federations involved in the supervision of the joint force; focus should be on improving women’s ability to safeguard their rights.
