现江苏海安凹陷曲塘次凹东南斜坡带薛家庄断块、红阳断块水层、油水同层多,有多达9-10层的,位置浅,能量比较大,严重影响水泥浆凝固质量,且甲方对对固井质量要求很严,为更好的站稳江苏海安市场,特有针对性的研究管外封隔器固井工艺技术。针对该地区固井特点,水泥浆中加入降失水剂、早强剂等,形成早强微膨胀油井水泥浆体系;采用管外封隔器封隔油气水层,在注替水泥浆完成后,通过水泥车打压到一定压力,胀开封隔器,以达到在水泥浆候凝期间,防止油气水侵,提高水泥浆的封固质量。现场应用该工艺技术6口井,固井合格率100%,优质率>80%,填补了浙江油田管外封隔器固井技术应用空白。
