对于机关单位而言,人事档案管理工作的成效,直接关系到整个部门的发展状况。在如今新的社会形势下,如何构建新型的机关干部人事档案管理工作,成为相关人员需要深入思考的问题。从本质上而言,积极分析传统人事档案管理工作模式的弊端,接受全新的人事档案管理思想,才能使人事档案管理工作效率得以提升。文章立足于机关干部人事档案管理工作现状,主要分析了“完善与创新机关干部人事档案管理模式”。
For the organs and units, the effectiveness of personnel records management is directly related to the development of the entire department. In today’s new social situation, how to build a new type of cadre personnel file management has become a problem that relevant personnel need to think in more depth. In essence, to actively analyze the shortcomings of the traditional personnel file management mode of work, to accept a new thought of personnel files management, in order to make personnel file management efficiency can be improved. Based on the status quo of personnel files management in the cadres of the government, the article mainly analyzes “the management model of personnel files of cadres in improving and innovating organs”.
