酚妥拉明、阿拉明作为血管活性药物治疗毛细支气管炎（简称毛支）及肺炎并发心衰已在儿科临床中得到认同。但近年来也陆续注意到它的不良反应，少数较严重［’-’］。我院1991～1998年3月共住院治疗毛支79例，应用酚妥拉明、阿拉明（简称P—A）52例，有31例出现了不良反应。现?
