在我国已经正式加入WTO,改革力度不断加大,各种矛盾相对集中的新形势下,加强和改进思想政治工作具有特别重要的意义。如何抓好当前思想政治工作?笔者认为,当前思想政治工作要以江泽民关于“三个代表”的重要思想为指导,立足实际,开拓创新,把全党的思想和全国各族人民的力量凝聚到实现既定的各项任务上来。一、以“三个代表”为指导,围绕当前干部群众普遍关心的问题,有针对性地开展思想政治工作。思想政治工作是做人的教育工作的。要解决人们的思想问题,只有了解群众的真情实感、意见要求和疾苦,才能做到对症下药,雪里送炭。当前,干部群众普遍关心的问题无疑是部分干部和群众转岗分流、下岗失业和再就业,以及还有部分群众生活困难的问题。思想政治工作要针对上述问题以及各项深化改革要触及的利 Under the new situation that our country has formally joined the WTO, the reform has been constantly intensified and various contradictions have been relatively concentrated, it is of particular significance to strengthen and improve ideological and political work.
