本文提出了计算YO_(1.5)-BaO-CuO伪三元系固相线下相关系图的数学原理和方法,建立了相应的数学模型;计算了不同温度下固相线下相关系图.结果表明,钇钡铜氧系在室温下存在稳定的BaCuO_2和Y_2BaCuO_5相;300℃以上生成稳定的Y_2Cu_2O_5相;到750℃时,才开始生成稳定的YBa_2Cu_3O_(6.5)相.计算结果与实验结果甚为符合.
In this paper, the mathematical principle and method for calculating the phase diagram of the YO_ (1.5) -BaO-CuO pseudo-ternary system solid line are proposed, and the corresponding mathematical models are established. The phase diagram of the solid phase under different temperatures is calculated. The results show that there are stable BaCuO_2 and Y_2BaCuO_5 phases at room temperature for yttrium barium copper oxide, and stable Y_2Cu_2O_5 phase is formed above 300 ℃ .At stable temperature of 750 ℃, a stable YBa_2Cu_3O_ (6.5) phase begins to form.
