采用反相高效液相色谱法测定抗骨松冲剂中淫羊藿苷的含量。色谱柱Nucleosil C_(18)(5pm)200×4.6mm。流动相 甲醇—水—冰醋酸(60:40:0.5)。流速 1.0ml/min。检测波长268nm。内标 非那西丁。方法线性范围:0.0208—0.1040mg/ml。r=0.9998 平均回收率:101.20％。
The content of icariin in Kangkuosong Granules was determined by RP-HPLC. Column Nucleosil C_(18)(5pm) 200×4.6mm. Mobile phase Methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (60:40:0.5). Flow rate 1.0 ml/min. Detection wavelength is 268nm. Internal standard phenacetin. The linear range of the method was 0.0208-0.1040 mg/ml. r=0.9998 Average recovery: 101.20%.
