为分析蜗壳外围混凝土结构的开裂趋势,基于ABAQUS损伤塑性模型,对某一充水保压蜗壳联合承载结构进行了三维非线性有限元计算.研究结果表明:该蜗壳结构在设计内水压力作用下,蜗壳外围混凝土结构除局部出现损伤之外,基本仍处于弹性工作状态,钢筋应力均较小;在2.0倍内水压力超载情况下,蜗壳外围混凝土结构的损伤区域和损伤程度大大增加,损伤区域钢筋应力也较大,局部位置混凝土表面裂缝超过了规范限值,但整体结构并未受到过大的破坏,仍然具备相当的超载能力.同时说明损伤塑性模型能够较好地反映出蜗壳外围混凝土的开裂趋势,有效进行结构的承载力计算和裂缝宽度验算.
In order to analyze the cracking tendency of concrete structures around the volute shell, a three-dimensional nonlinear finite element method is used to calculate the joint load-bearing structure of a volute-filled volute casing based on the ABAQUS damage plastic model.
