为探讨灭囊灵杀灭猪囊尾蚴的作用机制,应用 PAGE 和薄层扫描技术观察了灭囊灵对体外培养猪囊尾蚴虫体蛋白质组分及含量的影响。结果表明,灭囊灵组囊尾蚴蛋白经 PAGE 可分离出17~25条蛋白带。经薄层扫描分析,灭囊灵0.6ml、1.2ml 和2.4ml 三个剂量组在70~75区段蛋白扫描无峰;0.6ml 组在105~110区段峰值最高,1.2ml 和2.4ml 组在110~115区段峰值最高。峰面积积分值占8%以上者为高峰带,0.6ml 和2.4ml 组可见6个高峰,1.2ml 组可见5个高峰。以上3项指标与原囊尾蚴和空白对照组均有明显差别。结论:灭囊灵对猪囊尾蚴虫体蛋白质组分和含量均有明显影响。
In order to investigate the mechanism of cystocelonin killing cysticercus cellulosae, the effect of cyhalonin on the protein components and content of Cysticercus cellulosae was observed by PAGE and thin-layer scanning. The results showed that 17 to 25 protein bands were isolated from the cysticercosis protein of the cysticercosis group by PAGE. After thin-layer scan analysis, there were no peaks in the 70 to 75-segment protein scan in the three dose groups of 0.6%, 1.2ml, and 2.4ml of Cylindroxylin; the 0.6ml group had the highest peak in the 105-110 segment, 1.2ml, and 2.4ml groups. The peak is highest in the 110-115 segment. Peak areas with peak values of more than 8% accounted for 6 peaks in the 0.6 ml and 2.4 ml groups, and 5 peaks in the 1.2 ml group. The above three indicators were significantly different from the original cysticercosis and blank control group. Conclusion: Excyleng has a significant effect on the protein composition and content of Cysticercus cellulosae.
