1981年8～10月南宁市流行一种红眼病,我们进行了临床及流行病学的调查,现只将391例病原学的调查结果报告如下: 材料、方法和结果病毒分离及鉴定:①在门诊用无菌棉拭子擦取患者眼结合膜分泌物,放入pH7.4含青霉素100U/ml和链霉素(100μg/ml)的Hank′s液中置冰壶中送病毒实验室,置-20℃低温冰箱保存备用。
From August to October 1981, there was a popular case of pink-eye disease in Nanning. We conducted a clinical and epidemiological investigation. The findings of the 391 cases of etiology were reported as follows: Materials, methods and results Virus isolation and identification: Wipe the patient’s eye with a sterile cotton swab with membrane secretions, put in pH7.4 containing penicillin 100U / ml and streptomycin (100μg / ml) Hank’s solution set in the curling in the virus laboratory, set -20 ℃ low temperature refrigerator spare.
