通过问卷调查职工对奖金劳务分配的意向,结果表明:职工认为劳务分配要向卫技人员倾斜;要充分考虑工作量与技术强度、技术风险、技术职称等分配因素的关系;院内职工分配差距不宜过大;要实施教学与科研津贴等等。文章提出今后制定分配方案的方向及应注意的问题。
