结合同煤集团麻家梁矿14101综放工作面顶煤成拱、不易放出的问题,建立了顶煤成拱力学模型,分析了成拱机理,运用PFC数值模拟软件分析了放煤过程中的几种成拱状态,模拟了顶煤拱的控制与破坏技术,得知顶煤拱的承载能力与抗滑移剪力失效是拱发生破坏的2种方式,通过尾梁后摆动和尾梁先前摆再后摆可达到破拱目的。最后,对现场工作面工艺方式进行了优化并投入试验,顶煤回收率及生产效率得到了显著提高,取得了良好的效果。
Combining with the problem that the roof coal of 14101 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Majialiang Mine of Datong Coal Group is not easy to release, the top coal mechanics model is established, and the arching mechanism is analyzed. By using PFC numerical simulation software, Several kinds of arching state simulate the control and destruction technology of top coal arch. It is known that the bearing capacity and anti-skid shear failure of top coal arch are the two ways of arch failure. Pendulum and then put the purpose of breaking arch. Finally, the working methods of the working face are optimized and put into trial. The top coal recovery and production efficiency have been significantly improved, and good results have been achieved.
