将矿井架空人车减速器输出轴与驱动轮轴传统的联连接方式改为渐开线花键联接。轴联接件的一端设计为带有双键键槽,与减速器输出轴联接,联接件的另一端设计为内渐开线花键,与驱动轮轴联接,驱动轮轴端为渐开线外花键。借助有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对此元件有限元分析。为驱动轮轴和减速器输出轴联接方式的选择提供了参考。
The mine overhead car reducer output shaft and the drive shaft of the traditional joint way to involute spline connection. One end of the shaft coupling is designed with a double-keyed keyway and is connected with the output shaft of the reducer. The other end of the coupling is designed as an involute spline, which is coupled with the driving shaft, and the driving shaft end is an involute external spline. Finite element analysis of this element is carried out with the aid of the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. It provides a reference for the choice of driving axle and reducer output shaft connection mode.
