正如著名教育家赫尔巴特所说的:“教育的唯一工作与全部工作可以总结在这一概念之中——道德。道德普遍地被认为是人类的最高目的,因此也是教育的最高目的。”学生的德育工作是一项社会性的系统工程,需要学校、家庭、社会三方面的教育力量相互配合,形成合力,而班主任在小学生的德育中担当着重要角色。本文分析了农村小学德育的现状,指出班主任在小学德育管理中的地位和作用,提出了班主任实施德育工作的几条途径。
As the famous educator Herbart said: “The only job of education and all the work can be summed up in this concept - morality is universally regarded as the supreme purpose of mankind and hence the highest goal of education. ”Students’ moral education is a social systematic project that requires the cooperation of schools, families, and the three educational forces of society to form synergies, while the teacher in charge of class plays an important role in the moral education of pupils. This article analyzes the present situation of moral education in primary schools in rural areas, points out the teacher’s position and role in moral education management in primary schools, and puts forward several ways for the teacher in charge to implement moral education.
