关于法兰支承液压缸的强度计算,国外学者有过不少论述,但由于法兰支承缸的受力情况复杂,现有强度计算公式很难精确地反映应力的实际情况,个别公式如缸底强度计算公式与实际情况更存在很大差异。本文以300吨液压机油红有限元法计算为基础,分析了法兰支承液压缸各区的应力情况,研究了缸各结构尺寸参数对缸强度的影响及合理选择,评述了常用强度计算公式的适用性,并在此基础上探讨了新的缸底(βι,≥7或ι≥2.5r_2)强度计算公式。新的缸底强度计算公式,比较符合实际情况,对设计计算有参考价值。
