为了解我区人乳中有机包农药蓄积水平,于1985年12月对聊城市区50名哺乳期妇女乳汁进行了调查。 调查对象为无有机氯农药作业史、在本地居住五年以上、产后7～120天、30岁以下的哺乳期妇女。由本人挤奶50mL于磨口瓶内,冰箱保存。按规定方法处理,分析用103气相层析仪,ECD氚钪源。样品分析前曾接受山东省环境卫生监测站的三次质量控制,其误差均小于30％。室内质控C.V％=8.3。结果见附表。
In order to understand the accumulation of organic pesticides in human milk in our district, we investigated the milk of 50 lactating women in Liaocheng in December 1985.
