随着有机硅高分子聚合物在化学领域的广泛应用,如何设计合成含有新型功能官能团的有机硅高分子聚合物逐渐成为其主要的发展方向,设计合成出了一种新的含有羟基的聚硅氧烷固体颗粒(POS-OH),合成方法较为简便。具体为以甲基二乙氧基氢硅烷(含三乙氧基氢硅烷)与丙烯醇为原料在铂催化剂催化下,在90℃的油浴中进行硅氢加成反应20h生成含有羟基的有机硅中间体(OSI-OH)。然后由有机硅中间体在35℃下,40%硫酸水溶液中水解缩聚1h合成POS-OH,收率为92.77%。通过FTIR、SEM、TGA、XRD、29Si-NMR对POS-OH的结构进行了表征,通过分析证明合成出了新型聚硅氧烷POS-OH。
With the wide application of silicone polymer in chemistry, how to design and synthesize silicone polymer with new functional groups has become the main direction of development. A new hydroxyl group-containing polysiloxane Oxo solid particles (POS-OH), the synthesis method is more simple. Specifically, methyldiethoxy hydrosilane (containing triethoxysilane hydrosilane) and propylene alcohol as raw materials in platinum catalyst catalysis, hydrosilylation reaction in an oil bath at 90 ° C for 20h to produce hydroxyl-containing organic Silicon Intermediates (OSI-OH). Then the POS-OH was synthesized from the organosilicon intermediate by hydrolytic condensation polymerization in 40% sulfuric acid at 35 ℃ for 1 h. The yield was 92.77%. The structure of POS-OH was characterized by FTIR, SEM, TGA, XRD and 29Si-NMR. The results showed that the new POS-OH was synthesized.
