针对列车在用制动电阻带的结构,建立了制动电阻带换热性能实验台,对制动电阻带片间距分别为14、15和16 mm的三种结构进行了传热和流动阻力实验。实验结果表明Nu随着Re的增大而增大;片间距为14 mm的结构换热能力最强;阻力系数f随着雷诺数的增大而减小,在片间距为16 mm结构时阻力系数f较小。
Aiming at the structure of braking resistance belt used in train, a test bench of braking resistance and heat transfer performance was set up, and the heat transfer and flow resistance tests were carried out on three kinds of structures with braking resistance of 14, 15 and 16 mm respectively . The experimental results show that Nu increases with the increase of Re; the structure with the sheet spacing of 14 mm has the strongest heat transfer capacity; the drag coefficient f decreases with the increase of the Reynolds number; and the resistance at the sheet spacing of 16 mm The coefficient f is smaller.
